Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller of personal data is David Lipowski, company ID: 14241978, registered at Tišnovská 1382/4, 61400, Brno. Please send questions and requests to spravce@tmvr.cz.

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer because it is not required to do so under the GDPR.

2. What data we process

• Pre-order data: name, e-mail, phone number, size, delivery method, delivery address (for delivery to an address only), price and payment status.
• Communication: the e-mails and SMS we send you and the result of sending them.
• Technical data: IP address and attempt counters that protect the website against abuse.
• Analytics data, only with your consent: random visitor and visit identifiers, the page you came from, browser type, browser language, time zone and IP address. A copy of this data is also saved with the pre-order.

3. Purposes and legal bases

The pre-order data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract; without it the pre-order cannot be handled. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling and we do not use the data for marketing messages.

• Handling the pre-order, payment and delivery and communicating with you: conclusion and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting, tax obligations and handling complaints: compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Protecting the website against abuse, security and defending legal claims: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Measuring visits: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time on the Cookies page.

4. How long we keep the data

• Pre-order data: for the duration of the contract and then for as long as rights arising from it can be claimed (usually 3 years under the limitation periods of the Civil Code).
• Accounting and tax documents: for the period required by law (up to 10 years).
• Attempt counters: a few hours at most; session data until the session ends.
• Analytics data: 2 years at most, or until you withdraw your consent.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not intentionally transfer data outside the EU/EEA. Where such a transfer takes place with one of the providers above, it is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.

• the web hosting and database provider whose servers run the website;
• the e-mail provider Seznam.cz, a.s., through which we send confirmation e-mails;
• the operator of the SmsManager (Interactive Marketing, s.r.o.) SMS gateway, through which we send SMS;
• the seller’s bank (payment details);
• the carrier, for delivery to an address (name, address, phone, e-mail);
• Google Ireland Limited: when a page is displayed, fonts are loaded from its servers (Google Fonts), so your browser sends it your IP address;
• public authorities where required by law.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights by e-mail to spravce@tmvr.cz. We will reply without undue delay, at the latest within one month.

• the right of access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR) and to its rectification (Art. 16);
• the right to erasure (Art. 17) and to restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• the right to data portability (Art. 20);
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
• the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

7. Security

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. The administration is password-protected and accessible only to authorised persons; the database and private files are not accessible from the internet.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page. This policy is effective from 28. 9. 2026.
